About The Integral Group

The Integral Group was founded in 1998 by Herschel Williams, Kurt Eichelman and Chuck Bandfield.  The group’s primary function is to serve as independent sales representatives for manufacturers serving the safety and industrial markets.  Current distributor customers consist of safety and industrial distributors, and specific O.E.M. accounts.  The group’s diversified end-user customer base ranges from, but is not limited to, petrochemical processing, oil and gas exploration and production, government, power generation and distribution, communications, transportation, construction and electronics.

The Integral Group offers over 100 years of combined experience in the safety and industrial markets.  Each of the founders was previously successful managing his own independent agency.  This accumulation of expertise truly separates them from other representatives.  Their experience has been amassed from the same customer base and territory, enabling them to more effectively work as a team to provide a diversified and congenial approach to the market.  It is this type of synergy and experience that makes up the nucleus of The Integral Group.

The industry is ever-changing, and it is clear that what was successful in the past may not acquire the desired results for the future.  The Integral Group is focused on these market changes and is uniquely prepared to face the challenges of today’s market demands.  Markets are becoming saturated with competition and The Integral Group believes they must be more than just salesmen; they need to be the innovators of new ways to gain market share for their factories.

In May of 2005, Herschel Williams purchased the ownership interests of Mr. Eichelman and Mr. Bandfield and became sole proprietor of Integral Sales LLC. Chuck Bandfield have remained with the company.
